Candidates should log in to the MP NEET UG counselling portal and select their preferred MBBS and BDS colleges and courses. Choices should be arranged according to the candidate’s actual preference.
Importantly, fresh choices are required for the mop-up round. Choices submitted in earlier counselling rounds should not be assumed to remain valid for this round.
Candidates should carefully check the available seat matrix before arranging their preferences.
MP NEET UG 2026 Mop-Up Seat Matrix
DME Madhya Pradesh has released the vacant seat matrix for the mop-up round covering participating MBBS and BDS colleges.
Recent reporting on the released matrix indicates 1,132 vacant MBBS and BDS seats, including government and private college seats. One published breakdown reports 440 government seats and 692 private seats. Candidates should verify the latest college-wise and category-wise matrix on the official counselling portal before locking choices.
The actual availability can differ by college, course, category and seat type, so candidates should not select colleges solely on the basis of total vacancy numbers.
